INTERESTED IN A COACH/MANAGER ROLE

To achieve this we place a real emphasis on selecting the right Coaches and Managers to deliver a specific set of expectations, these are:
 

  • Create a positive team culture.

  • Deliver a strong focus on building relationships with an emphasis on trust.

  • A mindset based on 'Development before Results'. A good coach will make his players see what they can be rather than what they are.

  • Demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm of the game that inspires and motivates our players at every interaction.

  • Supportive of the clubs goals and aspirations.

Qualifications

​

FA Level 1 (minimum) - Must be hungry to learn irrespective of qualification level.

​

RTC Coach/Manager Role Profile

​

The Coach/Manager will be required to deliver the following:

 

  • Facilitate a two-hour training session one night per week in line with the YRTC training plan.

  • Be the single point of contact for a designated age group for parents. 

  • Work with the club secretary to create two player feedback evaluations per season using the clubs “Player Feedback sheet” which covers 27 areas of the FA youth development criteria.

 

Remuneration

We offer a highly competitive return of £200 p/m (£2400 p/a).
